It is said that Queen Elizabeth herself drank lavender tea because it had a positive effect on her frequent headaches.
Take a teaspoon of dried lavender flowers. Pour them into a glass of boiling water. Leave the decoction to stand for 3 minutes.
This helps and relieves headaches, stress and nervous tensions. It gives freshness and relieves pain.

Creme Brulee with lavender flowers
Ingredients:
2 tea cups or 500ml liquid sour cream (high fat)
half a tablespoon of dried lavender flowers (or a spoon and a half fresh flowers)
4 egg yolks
1/3 tsp sugar
These products are for 6 small bowls of lavender creme Brulee.
Heat the cream in a saucepan over a very low heat, then add the lavender flowers. If the flowers are fresh - chope them finely. Just before boiling the cream, remove it from the heat. Allow to cool with the lavender for about half an hour.
In a bowl, beat the sugar and yolks until you have white cream. Strain the cream and add to the yolks, mix very well and distribute the mixture in oiled bowls. Bake at 150 degrees in a water bath.
After baking, allow the cream in the bowls to cool. Then return it to the refrigerator.
Creme Brulee is consumed chilled and it can be stored for up to 2 days.
